Refund policy
The satisfaction of our customers is the most important thing for us, for this reason we offer you that you can change or return the product as long as no more than 7 days have passed after its delivery and the following considerations apply:
RETURNS
- Notify by mail to contact@street-chains.com together with the order number and reason for its return and detailed photos of the product to be returned showing that they have not been used and are in perfect condition.
- Once the mail is received and reviewed, you will be answered with the instructions for its return. The products must be returned in their original packaging with bubble wrap and the payment note.
- Once the product is received, it will be checked that it is in its original state and the refund will be made according to the method of payment.
- The shipping price will be borne by the customer.
- The warranty does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing and operating faults under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly.

- Products cannot be exchanged for others of a higher cost.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR JEWELERY DAMAGE CAUSED BY SUBMITTING THEM UNDER WATER, SOURCES OF HEAT, ETC.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR SIZE ERRORS, THAT IS WHY WE ARE ATTACHING PHOTOS AND TABLES WITH THE MEASUREMENTS OF EACH PRODUCT.
